Network of X accounts 'promoting Azerbaijan' hosting of COP29

An investigation published on Tuesday (29 October) by international NGO Global Witness suggests that suspicious accounts on X may have been created in order to strengthen political support for Azerbaijan on the eve of it hosting the UN climate talks COP29
